Excellent breakfast food, great staff, and a truly wonderful experience!
We stopped off on June 30th for breakfast before we headed back home from a four day trip. We were glad to have found this place, and will be back the next time we are in town. -

This is a mom and pop hole in the wall restaurant that the appearance of the building would be deceiving. The service was really good - and the waitress was a great help. I had the 8 oz mushroom and swiss hamburger and onion rings which I thought was prepared right and very good. The price was right so I gave them 5 stars because for what they are they do a really nice job. Nothing fancy but solid service and good food. I will stop there again.

Sheri's is pretty fab... unassuming, friendly service in a neighborhood diner setting where most patrons are regulars.
Great breakfast choices with fresh ingredients, including tasty omelets, eggs to order, home-style potatoes, good-quality breakfast meats, and biscuits (probably not scratch-made). I'm kinda hooked on the egg sandwich at the moment... yummmmm. The pancakes tend toward the heavy side, so beware. Decent coffee.
For lunch they usually have a couple of daily specials that are always on the mark. The homemade chicken salad is TDF! If you're in the mood for a chili dog with slaw, they make their own chili and slaw (both 5-stars!). Great burgers & crinkle-cut fries. Lots of ice cream & dessert options.
They're almost always busy, especially on weekends, so get there early. Only open until 3pm most days. -

The staff are very nice and the restaurant has a cool "everybody knows everybody" vibe. They were short staffed and I overheard someone say they were staying over to help (which is super nice) . So our visit might have been an anomaly.
That said, the time invested did not reflect what should have been the quality of food. This place is a diner. The food was what you'd expect from a diner. But we were there for 45 minutes. Somewhere something isn't quite right when your at home go to quick meal - grilled cheese- takes 45 minutes.
We also came there for pie. The pie was frozen, we were told by the very nice waitress. I suspect these pies were not made in house. We wanted delicious home made pie. If that's your expectation then, like us, you'll be sad.
$30 for lunch for 4 people. Not bad, but if you're in a hurry skip this place. -

Sheri's is awesome! Everything is good, fair prices, and super friendly people. Small town diner vibe. Check it out!
